Taco Bell - Valley

The 3rd visit not receiving all the ingredients that goes on product. I called manager, guarantee a replacement. But I never returned because of distance.

Everytime I come to this taco bell there is always slow service and items missing or wrong. This time I picked up an order placed ahead which was ready when I got there.but i was told to hold on at the speaker and waited over 10 minutes....when i made it to the window I asked if I could have sauce for the food and she said it was all in the bag ..I checked and there was none and was also missing some items. So I looped back through a second time and asked them nicely for sauce and the food we were missing. Instead of correcting the mistake immediately they made me loop through a THIRD time and wait ANOTHER 10 minutes at the speaker. I spent a total of 40 minutes waiting on food that was ordered ahead.....

This has to be the worst Taco Bell known to man! The service is rude and takes forever! Wouldn’t ever recommend going here!

SHOUT OUT TO THE 2 FEMALE EMPLOYESS! (Sunday 3-24-24) Mrs Annie and Terrell!! They handled the store with only 2 employees and still had great customer service! I had 2 orders over $100 and they went above and beyond! Thank you both for showing up to work and still being sweet!! Corporate, please take care of your employees who shine bc these ladies are SHINING BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!!

I promise you, they’ll never get another penny from me!!!! This location was HORRIBLE. First, we waited about 40 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive through and the lady was not welcoming nor was she friendly. When we pulled up we was greeted with a “hold on” for a good ten minutes. Ordered the food and was told to pull around to the parking lot to get our order. You would think we ordered the whole menu… we ordered 3 combos. once we were parked, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed other cars were receiving their meals, even cars that came after us. After about a 40 min wait on our meals, we decided to jump back in the drive thru. We asked the lady did she forget about us she said “no”.. she hand us our bag and we saw the food was tossed in the bag. Cheese and lettuce was all in the bag. We gave the bag back and her and another employee were looking inside the bag and I over heard one of them say “yeah it is thrown in there” insinuating that whoever bagged up the food threw the food in there all type of ways. Upon opening our burritos, I was annoyed. My burrito was flat and clearly missing add ons in the burritos. It seems like the burritos was deliberately made the way because I order the same meal each time I visit a Taco Bell so ofcourse I know how it should look and taste. If you don’t want nasty attitudes, half made food, and a long wait time go somewhere please.
