Chick-fil-a - Valparaiso

Always the most friendly. Fresh hot food. They even walk around someone?s offering small shakes and sweets for free to try.

Honestly I?m happy that valpo got a chick-fil-a but it doesn?t hold to the standard that chick-fil-a has set nationwide. The lines are slow, the food isn?t as dependable, it?s just overall not the chick-fil-a experience I?ve come to expect.

Very disappointing! Hair in my food when I reached out, nobody did anything about it. Have called multiple times they said I would get a call back still nothing. texted me on Instagram for my name and number still did nothing. Been here multiple times and just very disappointed.

I ordered from here and everything came out very quickly! The food was hot, fresh and ready. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt but Elyse made sure she was able to send it my way. Losing receipts happens to reps from time to time so I appreciate when owners/managers are so proactive (Elyse giving me a call back when it wasn?t sending to the first email provided) when helping with receipt retrieval because it makes me want to use their restaurants more often!

You have to love God's chicken! I would say that the lines move quickly, and the mac and cheese is what the kids are calling "bussin" these days.
