Chili's Grill - Valparaiso

Hostess was accommodating to my mom's inability to walk far. Waitress was amazing! We sat in the bar area, first table when you walk in the door. Both our food and our drinks were very good! Highly recommend this Chili's. Great job on customer service! We will definitely be back.

M.city is the best. The manager there Sarah is amazing. Even when they r short staffed like many other places.. Joy was our waitress and u would of never known they were short people. Just relax if ur gonna go out... be friendly.. take care of them...at least they r at work so u can enjoy food out!!

I ordered a to go lunch today and was very disappointed with my food. Normally I love the chicken enchilada soup but today it was horrible. I could tell by looking at it that it wasn?t the same soup I normally get when I eat inside. My burger was decentbut the lettuce was old and should of never been served.

I ordered the chicken crispers, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! The chicken tasted fake—I could cut through the “meat” with just a fork, which made it clear it wasn't real chicken breast. The french fries were overcooked, and so was the corn on the cob. Overall, it was a disappointing meal! I've had much better dishes from them in the past!
