City Sandwich Co - Vancouver

They can get extremely busy during lunchtime; however, they're worth waiting for! Their sandwiches are excellent. I actually stopped by after my aunt recommended this restaurant to me, she is a huge fan of the BLT or tuna sandwich. I'm more into turkey, so I got a turkey sandwich with pesto and green peppers, hold the mayo. The sauce was absolutely fantastic, and surprised me since the sandwich seemed dry from appearance. Fresh ingredients. They're generous with the ingredients and flavor. I would definitely come back next time I'm seeking a sandwich for lunch.

Amazing sandwiches. Fresh baked bread. Perfectly sliced meat piled high. I don't think there is a better sandwich shop in all of Vancouver. (Not Pictured: Our actual sandwiches... we devoured them and forgot to take any pictures lol.

We were super impressed with the service here! We were the first customers on a Wednesday morning, and the poor lady had a huge order she had been working on, all alone, since 5am! She was flustered, but sooooo sweet and kind. The sandwiches were simple, but so yummy! And huge! The bread was delicious, and the meat and veggies were fresh! We will definitely be going back! Thank you City Sandwiches for being awesome

When the business has been around 20+ years you know they're doing something right. We tried them on a special day this month and our sandwiches were perfect, just exactly what we were looking for in a sandwich. Sure they don't allow substitutions and we know why it's because they've perfected the sandwich. We had the #1 and #9, and paired it with a bottle of sweet tea, then enjoyed our picnic lunch on Vancouver's beautiful waterfront. Truly a perfect date. Thank you, City Sandwich, for being part of such a memorable day.

The vibe in this little gold mine is somehow comfortable and chic. with alt rock music from the 90’s, and a unique and interesting decor everywhere you look. The bread is bakery fresh and the sandwiches are stacked with all kinds of options, including just half a sandwich. I had the Tmex on wheat with guacamole and chipotle sauce and it was amazing. Lastly the service was all that and more, they catered to me like it was what they liked doing best in the world.
