Avaliação da contribuiçãoIn today’s throwback post, I’m sharing my experience of 2017 Easter brunch experience at P2B Bistro. Located inside the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront, P2B is a modern, upscale bistro offering mountain and ocean views from inside the restaurant and from the patio. While we enjoy going for a Easter brunch buffet, we also didn’t want to spend “too” much. At $49 per adult, the price was quite reasonable compared to other higher end Vancouver hotels where it could be closer to $80+ per person.
Went here for the Dine Out Vancouver Festival menu they had going. The lobster bisque was bold in its flavor and tasted great. Could go for another. Got a prime rib dish that came boneless with a single ravioli in the bottom. The rib had the right amount of seasoning and the texture was beautiful. That thing was top notch. Ravioli was pretty alright as well. Pecan flan (along those lines) served with pistachio ice cream was the dessert. It was good but you could probably get better elsewhere to be honest. Service was friendly and excellent. Very welcoming and warm. Overall, I was pleased with how things turned out and was able to enjoy the night.
Had the shrimp and scallops with risotto. Enjoyed the food, the prices were reasonable and place was nice. Only downside was I got poor service. I also felt there weren't enough to choices on the drink menu.
This was a pretty good place with a pretty good price. However, in the past, when I went to hotel restaurants, they usually offer bread to start, but they didn't. In the back of my mind, made it seem not hotel like.<br/ <br/ The food was not outstanding, but it was pretty good for the price. We tried the Mushroom and Chicken Penne, as well as the Lingcod and Chips. The service was pretty good. The server we had was very friendly. The amount of good restaurants downtown, I don't think this would be my first pick.
Lovely restaurant with a beautiful view over the harbor area. The breakfast menu gave each of us exactly what we wanted, West Coast eggs Benny, malted waffles, and a delicious bowl of steal cut oatmeal with a fruit plate on the side. The server was very attentive and made for a great experience. Exactly what you'd love about a morning breakfast experience!
