Avaliação da contribuiçãoCalled to place an order for pickup was told I couldn’t do hot lemon for pickup so I did delivery get my order and still had no hot lemon I call them and Dakota decides to tell me what he “ SPECIFICALLY “ did when I’m literally looking at my food. Only leaving this because he instead of apologizing he decided to tell me what he specifically did as if I wasn’t looking at it it’s not a sprinkle in sight. Call it petty but customer service is everything.
Order a special that came with 16 boneless wings to go via mobile app. Went in not a single customer in the store. Employees were cleaning which was good to see. They all saw me come in but continued to clean. Took almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me. They were nice. They packed the food for me and i left. The wings were so tiny it was ridiculous, don 't understand how they will pack this and think it 's acceptable. Only one I got was an almost normal size one I usually get from here. The lemon garlic was salter beyond even wanting to eat it and normally salty food doesn 't bother me. My wife is the type of person who won 't ask for a refund even if the order is completely wrong or they are missing half the order. Even she said I should get a refund because it was horrible.
I placed my online order at 4pm for 5:15pm pick up- I arrived promptly at 5:15 to pick up my order and ended up waiting 30+mins for my order. While I was waiting I saw customers who came and placed their order at the counter and received their order within 15 minutes(well before I received mine when placing it at 4pm). Needless to say I will NEVER return to this establishment. I’m very busy and could have easily swung by Fred Meyer across the street, bought some wings and made them myself in the time I stood there waiting for my $45 order. Not to mention their wings are sub par and nothing I couldn’t make in my air fryer. Never again. Waste of money and most importantly, a WASTE of my precious and valuable time. The ONLY reason I chose this place is because I thought it would be a quick and convenient pick up on my way home, boy was I wrong. Thanks for robbing me of my time with my children and my money with your over priced, poor quality wings. Garbage! Fair warning to all. Do yourself a favor and go buy a bag of wings and some frozen fries at the grocery store- it will save you time and tastes the same. Their fries are total garbage and the wings aren’t even crispy.
This place with literally all young kids messing around and flirting with each other. I waited an hour and kept being told that my food would be done in “20” minutes. I will not be coming again to this location. They never once got my order in when I had placed it. Till my sister walked in all mad and they finally put my order in. This is a poorly manageable place.
I have to say. in the rule is wingstop great, it is our approach if we want wings! but tonight was very disappointing. we ordered two 8-part classic wings meal times; I got mild sauce, and my man got louisiana rub. what we got instead was the note on a hauch of taste wings, ingreased. there were NO sauce on my, and my man's were so lightly seasoned that even my dose 't were treated with mild salsa flavor 't pick up a lot of taste. I really hope this is not the new norm, but I cannot say I am eager to go back.
