Avaliação da contribuiçãoI normally frequent the location in the West End, but decided to try Kerrisdale while I was in the neighborhood. The selection on the special menu was a little different. I just stuck with my staples: phở tai bhan mi (beef). I was very satisfied with the phở. I would visit again.
The only Vietnamese restaurant that took over 25m for food to come out/extremely slow (it wasn't that busy)<br/ food was ok, nothing special and with the price tag I'd expect a wow factor<br/ they don't take reservations <br/ over priced for quality<br/ pay parking available on the streets<br/ would I go back? Definitely not out of my way for this<br/
Great selection on the menu. The place is always busy when we visit which definitely say something about the food. We love the boa and soup noodle. The price is decent for the amount of food and it's deliciousness. Better go with smaller parties (4 people is perfect) rather than a group since the place is small and hard to accommodate a large group.
We were waiting for our daughter at the Starbucks and I asked the barista for recommendations and she recommended the Baoguette Vietnamese Bistro over the other Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Tan’s, 1 block away. The 3 of us ordered the following:•
This is a very odd little place. Servers range from surly to dour; food is unremarkable; atmosphere is cramped, uncomfortable and generally unpleasant. Not recommended.
