Valley Sushi - Vancouver

I can't talk for dinner at the restaurant because I didn't eat inside because of COVID. However, the take-out service is excellent. Sometimes I will pick up sushi on my way home from a dog walk. The staff has no problem bringing my food and the card reader out, so I don't have to connect my dog. The food is consistently delicious and the portions are great. A great little jewel in the Lynn Valley!

We wanted to eat this restaurant yesterday. Sis and wife were served first, five minutes, my UDON soup came. A moth flew in and we wanted to save her life. Hasn't worked what a mess does not even have a bite. The...Bowl stayed on the next table for five minutes. Then the waiter comes by and asks if I want something for lunch, fatal mistakes, asks again about the soup. Four employees counted on what happened to me. Ten minutes later a very uninspired soup bowl came back, had a few sips, lunch was over. Felte, as if I had been seen as a criminal, gave them $48 and told my guests that I would never come back. There's a reason they have number 27 here.

The food is good why I and my family visited this restaurant. This afternoon I and my wife wanted to have Udon soup. They were 20 minutes to close and my wife asked if it's okay to eat. Waitress said okay, no problem. half... through our bowl of soup, waitress came and gave us the reception. I told my wife they wanted us to leave. So we left. leave our nice soup. My daughter asked us why we didn't finish it. I told her it's okay, my dear, we're not coming back. look they take home shrimp tempoura. before the waitress left the receipt on the table, they came to us 3-4 times already asking if we are okay or done.. We got the message, so we left. so much for customer service. My wife and the owner's wife also knew each other, but at the time she wasn't. hard to believe that this could happen...

My husband and I like to come here. Friendly and fast service. Food is wonderful. Menu has changed and my husband enjoys the Sashimi Box. The Valley Combo is always great. I always order salmon teriyaki without the sauce. You always make my order exactly as I like it with tons of vegetables under salmon. Great place!

I was very pleased with the service at this restaurant: it was fast and friendly, and our food came quickly. I was also pleased with the quality of the tuna. The size, texture, temperature and taste were all excellent. Overall, however, I think our experience...was nice but rather average. I would return to this restaurant, but there are other sushi restaurants I prefer on the north shore.
