Jersey Mike's Subs - Vapi

Great subs. Little dirty in there for a brand new place but hey it’s a sub shop. Prices are a little pricy for what you get but isn’t that everywhere now.

My wife and I went to get 2 sandwiches from the merchants way location. We love Jersey Mike's subs eat there ones a week. We ordered our sandwiches and it took over a hr to get them. I'm completely dumbfounded of how this could take so long we kept getting told they were comeing! The staff look like they didn't have a clue what they were doing.They kept telling us they would be ready soon. We had already paid and felt trapped it was quite frankly embarrassing for Jersey Mike's brand it was by no means super busy. My wife's hot sub was sitting in a bag for over 40min while I was waiting for my cold sub. Only reason I know this is because they kept telling me the hot sub was done just waiting on your cold sub the worst sevices iv had in any establishment hands down. You would have to try to work this slow and disorganized. Had a trunk full of groceries all or frozen stuff had thawed. Didn't expect to wait 1hr and 10min to get 2 sandwiches.when they finished them they threw it up on counter and just walked away They never said a word seemed very disrespectful no regard for paying paytons that were polite and respectful even when we were getting screwed. Honestly it was pathetic!

Sent the wrong food via delivery on Feb 15th. I don’t even get reimbursed for the full amount of the item and it’s impossible for me to get the correct food without me paying another 20 bucks delivery fee and tip etc. Crazy.

There was an issue with our coupon not being applied properly in the POS-The manager came over to help, and she was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

I was disappointed with the subs at this location. I've eaten at a couple locations now. Most of the time the sandwiches are well proportioned. The big kahuna sub here was very lacking. It seemed like they gave us the contents of a regular on a large sub. They also didn't put any mushrooms in.I'll try ordering again here, but if it's the same quality I won't be getting food here again.
