Aquamare - Vasto

In the middle between Vasto Marina and Vasto village climbing on the left you enter the nature and in the heart of the sports club of Vasto is the restaurant. Four steps along the tennis courts and padel and we are at the bar and at the side door well welcomed in aquamare. The aesthetic touch is very nice, soft lights and alternation of sand and glass colors. Wine chart in evolution and well told dishes. The well-formed chef between the stars and osteries awarded in Italy offers tradition and innovation. Eye, taste and risotto.. He made us close our eyes and dream. I'll be back with great pleasure. Stunning location but close to the center, with panoramic view super! purely fish cuisine, simple and classic dishes excellently cooked. It is recently opened and still looking for an identity, but very promising: we tasted appetizers, first and desserts and everything we liked. The wine we tried is also excellent. Friendly and competent staff, not too set and never intrusive.
