No explanation or apology was given for the inconvenience. When we requested coffee, we were informed that we needed to wait as it had to be made downstairs at one of the bars. Overall, the lack of customer service and cleanliness was disappointing.
The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and I will never choose another venue for any of my events. The venue was stunning and the service was truly exceptional.

Our wedding was hosted at Da Vinci this past July and we were extremely happy with our experience from the stages of planning to and including the big day itself. The customer service was great; the staff and manager (Joe) were professional, always open to communication, and thorough with record-keeping. Their menu options were great and accommodating as we had made our own arrangements for part of the sweet table. The food on the day itself was delicious and just like what we were served at the tasting. The price was very reasonable and competitive. Everything was set up well on the day of the wedding and staff were great with the guests. The only minor thing to mention is that our cake was not pre-cut for guests, which would have been faster and easier. Also, the order of the salad and pasta were mixed up but again, these are very minor things. Overall, we would highly recommend Da Vinci for any event!
Great service throughout the hall from reception to services and bartender. Affordable and fantastic food.
