We were at this lovely restaurant for my husband’s 60th birthday. There was a group of 17 family members. The owner of the place was very accommodating, and very easy to deal with. The atmosphere is very kid friendly, and the food was top-notch. The chicken cutlet melted in your mouth, the pasta was made fresh, the pizza was the best we’ve ever had! You won’t be disappointed with this restaurant.

Wood oven pizza, is not fired in the wood oven, cooked somewhere in the back kitchen !!! lied to us , make sure to ask first where your pizza will be cooked

INCREDIBLE! My Wife and I stumbled upon The Hot Pepper based on its reputation for its hand made wood oven pizzas. We were surprised to hear that it is now under a new owner and has a revamped menu. We LOVED IT ALL! We had the Risotto alla pescatora, Calabrese and Peperoncino Pizza. Our meals were amazing! The risotto was packed with a generous portion of seafood. Mussels, clams, calamari and large shrimp all cooked to perfection. We love the space and the intimacy of the restaurant. This is not a place where they want to turn the table over and rush you out the door. We could take our time and enjoy every dish and every bite! Halfway through our meal, the owner stopped by and let us try their home made gnocchi... they literally melt in our mouths. What an amazing surprise. (Oh and you bet it was to die for) Thank you so much for the ridiculously good experience and we look forward to eating here again!
