My Crep's - Vauréal

We are a group of inhabitants to order since the opening. Crêpes are much less garnished than before, there are often missing ingredients when ordering, days ago or there are no deliveries. Tonight was the last time we ordered home... I've never seen this!!! We ordered at 9:20, there was already no sarasin as often... we were told 30 min of delivery. We were delivered 1:15 a.m. later... it was missing pancakes, 1h later we contacted the restaurant for the second time because we asked for a commercial gesture to the delivery. The manager did not acknowledge his mistakes for forgetting the entire order, but did not understand why we are asking for a commercial gesture. She held us up for 15 minutes. We had ordered it for two hours! Once finally delivered the ingredients of the pancakes was not even the good!! Unbelievable!!! But I really point out the lack of friendliness of this lady, she misguided her job because in the business, when we have twists, we don't stand up to customers with such insistence and tone, and we do a commercial gesture. She loses a whole group of usual customers and earns a bad reputation...

I wanted to go there to test but I was told I don’t have pancakes. It's a shame for a crêperie...

Received on delivery, milk shake arrived liquid melted like water with strawberry that I didn't ask. a pity for this mistake that for me passes to the recommended status to avoid in 'book'
