Burgers are good, but fries are almost always undercooked/red. service is very bad in the car by where they expect to be ignored for 5-10 min and then wait 10-15 min for their meal

A nice place to grab some grub while visiting Bilka. Placing an order on the touchscreen was easy and intuitive, where you grab a small numbered sign to place on your table. After maybe 10-15min, a staff member will bring your food, so there's no need to stand in queue to wait or to look at any screen for your number. I ate here 3 times in 2 weeks, and the serving staff always seem to be a bit rushed and tired, but not rude in any way. Food was mostly original and unique, and taste was pretty decent. My favorite so far was the Diablo burger. There are 3 sizes to the menus, but I'd advice against getting the largest menu, since the soda cup was ridiculously huge while the food portion was the same as the middle option. Overall a pleasant experience.

It would be a decent alternative to mcdonald’s and burger king if it wasn’t for the extremely slow service. it seems that living the personal has no idea who does what and let the customers wait. If you're hungry, go somewhere else!

Very nice and friendly staff faster service price are affordable often clean tables, beautiful environment the best chicken channels are here! unfortunately they are only in bilka. I don't go there so often, but if so, I love eating there. I can only recommend it.

A beautiful fall of 3 x bad burgers for the family led to unpleasant nights for all of us.
