Meson Nacimiento - Velez de Benaudalla

The food and service at Mason Nacimiento is always first class. Paco and his team always do a great job. the lamb chops are the best ever if you eat meat) but if you are not a meat eating fan there is loads to choose from. The Atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic.

What a wonderful find!!! A delightful welcoming restaurant with very friendly staff. The menu had some great choices specialising in Spanish Pork but I choose Bacalo with a cheese crust. It was exquisite, cooked to perfection with the most delicious tomato sauce, everything was so full of flavour. My friend enjoyed his pork dish too.

Excellent menu with a great choice of specials which I assume are regularly revised. We had the pumpkin croquettes with chorizo mayonnaise to start, which were amazing! And we ordered the the pork knuckle for our main which was also excellent. The setting next to the waterfall is really charming a little oasis just minutes from the centre of town. Highly recommend.

Para un almuerzo. La ensalada es excelente, productos frescos y locales. La cazuela de bacalao es una delicia. ¡¡¡Ojo, tómate una ración para dos!!! Es en gran medida suficiente. La cocina es buena, tradicional y generosa. La dirección merece el desvío. Aparcar en la plaza y terminar los 50 metros a pie. Muchas gracias.
