I would say this hotel is a 3.5 great customer service! good work at the reception. great location! I booked this hotel because of the location! 1 min from rialto bridge. the room was spacious! they upgraded our room. clean. areas of improvement: stained toilet necessary renovation they switched off the ac due to the season. I understand. may they invest on some fans?

A little hard to find, just the basics, free breakfast is great. no functioning air conditioning in the low season. checkout is actually 11, not lunchtime. the personal is friendly, bed linen changes every day. free wlan is decent. perfect if they do not stay in the room a lot, great location near most of the sights.

Beautiful and very clean hotel, located a few steps from Piazza San Marco . Michele at the reception, very kind and helpful explained what to do in the days of stay , how to save and avoid unnecessary queues . Venice is magic! the hotel is absolutely online . we strongly recommend it Thanks again!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Strategic position to visit the city: near the Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto stop. Clean and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed.
