I ordered a chicken and shrimp w/soba noodles and rice. The taste was plain Jane. No flavor what so ever. I asked for a teriyaki to flavor the food. I was charged 50 cents for a watered down teriyaki! I’ll give them a 1star since cashier wasn’t rude but will never buy food there again.Food: 1/5

My son and I both ordered the beef bento box. Everything was FLAVORLESS. They gave us free Siracha sauce, which I can't have, so I asked for teriyaki sauce and they charged me 50cents! the vegetable mix had 0 taste. the beef had very little taste the California rolls no taste so to try to get some flavor I poured the teriyaki all over everything. But even the teriyaki sauce was weak. Watered down maybe. I ordered a side of shrimp to mix with my beef. I opened the container and they smelled so bad. It was a strong odor. they were old. Save your money. eat somewhere else. I don't know what they are doing back there. I swear maybe everything gets soaked to death in water. it was our first time and will be our last. 4 thumbs down.

Went in for lunch and ordered a chicken plate with veggies, noodles and vegetables. Everything was good until I took a bite of from the vegetable medley and a chip from a wooden spoon was found. I told my husband to go let the workers know so they are more careful because I was lucky that I was the one who got that spoonful and not my 3 year old who I was sharing with. The worker just looked at my husband and didn't care and just threw the wood chip in the trash and continued working. Not even sorry came out of the man's mouth or acknowledgement of the foreign item. Horrible experience.

Had the chicken teriyaki had little flavor, had to add more sauce to make taste ok. They do not offer any refill on sodas. They were rushing though order and not that busy. Not impressed with the food.Food: 2/5
