Whataburger - Venus

Don't get me wrong. I love Whataburger and the food tastes excellent but this particular Whataburger has yet to get an order that I've placed there right since I moved to Venus over a year ago. The staff are friendly enough and usually fix the orderwhen I pull around, bring it back into the store and explain what's wrong. I don't see how ordering a burger with cheese andbacon, plain and dry for my son is such a difficult matter. Just put the meat and cheese only. Leave off the lettuce, pickles,tomatoes and mustard. It's fairly simple. Once I ordered a burger for myself and got one with no bun. I didn't order it thatway. Have gotten fries when I order onion rings. Even got home once and an entire sandwich was missing from the order. I mean,come on. A little quality control would go a long way.

I am currently in the emergency room because after eating the double I had to be rushed to the er for food poisoning it happened around 2 am I do not recommend this place at all unless u want to be in severe pain for 24 hours. Lawyers will be contacting usoon to discuss this matter I also have proof. I recommend everyone to stay away from any waterburger that is connected to aconvenience store

This location truly gives mc Donald?s a run for there money. I never thought I?d have an issue with how my burger is made when it?s printed on the screen of what?s wanted and what?s not wanted but yet they still managed to screw it all up. I guess it?sjust so much extra work to read the screen and make the food correctly. Then to top that off the management is the worstextremely rude and rude staff as well. Don?t waste your time with this location.

Downloaded the app and got a free Whataburger. I arrived for pickup early and they brought my order to me right on time. I tried to tip the girl who brought it to my car but she said I had to wait too long and would not take the tip. Great customer serviceand great employees at Venus Texas Whataburger. I will definitely be back. Thanks !

Waited over 30 minutes for a watered down sprite, cold soggy undercooked fries, and a cold dry burger that?s missing onions. Owners you need to do better like get your business together. This is has happened the past 3 visits which is why I resort toreviews. For now on if I wait longer than 15 min I?m just pulling out of the line and going to get a $5 Taco Bell box. Y?all?sfood these days are on the same quality and should be valued as such until you can actually get it together and do better. Likeit?s simply not good enough anymore.
