El Gaucho - Veracruz

What a great restaurant. From food to service. WONDERFUL. However, I noticed a smaller, but rather annoying thing. That the sections within the plates are huge, I suggest that they at least warn customers that for example the ribbed eye for 2 person and not one, or reduce the amount proportional to the price. Anyway, it was a wonderful night spent in the restaurant.

Nice Argentinian place. Good atmosphere. Tried the traditional Choclo, a cheesy empanada that was good but not very big. And a nuez champola that stole the show. The place is nicely decorated with very nice gaucho crystals.

Chimichurri has garlic which is amazing! Food is ok, but they won't do empanadas that are not deep fat fried and the cheese is more like a cheese paste than actual cheese.

Uno de los restaurantes más tradicionales en Veracruz, fue establecido por un futbolista argentino que quedó enamorado de la ciudad y decidió quedarse a vivir aquí. Su restaurante se ha convertido en uno de los más importantes del puerto. Recomiendo probar las empanadas argentinas, la sopa de fideo con azafrán y el bufé de chorizo.

Agradable. Ideal para compartir con amigos. Precios justos. El sabor es aceptable.
