Chicco D'oro - VERBANIA

Granted I only visited Intra for two days, but this place was the best restaurant/bar experience we had. Location is superb, very quiet out door seating, close to the basilica. Service super quick, cool, chick, and friendly. During happy hour you order a drink, and get amazing food for free. Still hungry? Order another beer and get more food for free. We did not even bother to have dinner at a restaurant, the happy-hour food here was so good and plentiful.

Because many locals have breakfast here, we decided to do so. we were there before 9:00 a.m when it was already very full, but the waiter was unfortunately still alone and brought a impression of the exceeding. on my taste we had to wait too long for the food and the drinks. there is a guest toilet, but only one. they say one for men and women at the same time.
