Albergo Alpino - Vermiglio

This small restorant is very nice, weel decorated and de cooking is excelente. You have a lot o types of meat and the best is the risotto with local meats. Good atention a very good presentation, if you travel to Vermiglio you must eat here.

We have stayed at this hotel for our skiing holiday at Passo del Tonale for the last 3 years and we just love the food. We always eat dinner here and sometimes lunch depending on if we are still skiing on the mountain. There isn 't a menu and you are given a variety of options for a main, starter and desert (we are generally too full for desert! . My husband always orders anything with cervo (pasta or polenta which is traditional for the region and I love the Veal Scallopine. They do a wonderful antipasti with a selection of meats and cheeses and a dish that I have always known as 'torta ' basically a big cake size yorkshire pudding with grated potato cut into big slices. I have no idea what the proper Italian name is. If you are passing through or staying in Passo Del Tonale or the local towns it is worth a visit. Last year my then 4 year old said 'I do not want to eat on the mountain mum just at our hotel as the food is the best '. He once knocked over a glass of red wine (obviously not his! and there was no hesitation is coming to sort the table out with a clean table cloth and napkins. We cannot wait to go back in March and are taking friends with us. Off to the side of the bar on display is a collection of old photographs and war items.

.great restaurantwith resonable prices. I tried the tortelini and the Gnoki and theu were so good. I also stayed in a room at they same place it was very good.

Management of guests impeccable people very kind make you feel comfortable from immediately very kind, cherry available on the cake! food I highly recommend

We stopped for a drink at the bar, thinking about going to dinner for a pizza. and instead we stayed at dinner at the alpine tavern with great surprise for the goodness of food. the first dishes between tortelli al cervo, risotto with porcini and involtini to the roe absolutely impeccable, delicious! superior and sweet home wine. tart with cream and almonds from the water. fantastic! in more quality great price! We will definitely come back with other friends! thanks from paola and elena!
