El Sombrero - Vernal

I wish I had taken pictures of this place and its menu (maybe next time!). The food is truly authentic. The tacos are a family favorite, but we finally decided to branch out and also tried their torta, nachos, and chimichanga. For dessert, the churros are a must – they're so good! They have a wide variety of drink options and a salsa bar; I highly recommend the creamy green salsa, which is our favorite.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Vernal! The family that runs it is large and welcoming, and they serve authentic and delicious Mexican dishes. The tacos are fantastic—so good that they would stand out even in larger cities. Highly recommended!

A cozy little Mexican spot just off the main street. It's a repurposed gas station, and they serve fantastic, straightforward Mexican dishes!

Rebuilt tankstelle restaurant. we travel from la and wanted a good ride and drilling on the road. that was the place. great salsa too!

Pulled Up and Almost left definitely looks like a Dive Would have been a mistake! Very very good food, very nice people will definitely come back!!
