Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe had gone to Ninos for a long time, but we recently had a round of poor experiences. We called one of them in a pick-up order and didn't ask for cheese on the pizza. She informed us that the sauce has cheese in it and she could subdue Marinara. We accepted, but later realized that this was the first time that this was ever brought to our attention and the pizza was not the same. Luckily he doesn't like cheese, but if there was an allergy, he could have been hurt. In addition, we asked for an adult size corn dog nuggets. The server over the phone said they had only children's nuggets available and offered to double this order as it would be the same amount. We were charged for two children's dishes. Logically, you would have thought that they had used the children's portions to make 1 adult meal and not to be able to overload. Lately we dictated and ordered the pizza, again without cheese, and the sauce was not raised. This time we asked for double paprika and that was calculated, but not actually placed on the pizza. The food is never the same here and all employees should be informed about ingredients as the allergy situation could be dead on someone. As much as we loved this place, it goes downhill.
The food is good. If you have any sensitivity or need substitutions, the charges are steep. They calculated $4 to do white sauce instead of red on a tiny gluten-free pizza.
We stopped in purely based on the reviews, and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and prompt, our food was fresh and hot and scrumptious. The Chicken Parm was cooked perfectly, nice and crispy on the outside with a large cut of chicken breast. The Margarita and Pepperoni Pizzas were so very tasty, the crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were generous and flavorful. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
The food is pretty mediocre. Onion rings were under cooked, breading on sampler under seasoned, pizza is pretty basic and needs more time in the oven. I wanted to find an authentically well-made pizza place but this one isn't it.
Wife and I went for first time. Food was pretty decent but way over priced. Hostess was very friendly and helpful but waitress seemed somewhat indifferent. Wifes glass went unfilled for quite a while. The pizza is good. The atmosphere is awful kind of like they turned an abandoned Dairy Queen into an Italian restaurant. They have like 30 people working there but you cannot get a refill. Maybe they could shed some of the people just standing around talking and then lower their prices.
