So we stopped at the cusp of breakfast stopping and lunch starting. We ordered 2 Quarter Pounders with cheese and fries and they were nice and hot and so yummy!
If I can rate this place a negative 10 I would the customer service is horrible.today 9/19/2022 I stopped on my way home to get a McFlurry and an apple pie. I drive home sit down to eat my McFlurry While eating my McFlurry I discover there was a black bugI thought it was a Oreo. I calls and speak with the manger night manager to tell them what happened. He was very rude keptcutting me off he said ?he can make me another?, NO.. I dont not want another than he going to say ?he have orders and cant helpme? than he going to say He have to see the bug I said SIR so u want me to bring the bug back wow!!!!! I was so mad all i wantedwas my money back and just wanted some clarity that it will be cleaned before serving the next customer. In all the years thishas never happened too me and very rude for the manager to treat me like I always call with a very large issue like this themanger name he gave me was Sesrivers
Wanted to order a double quarter pounder meal and just get a cup of ice as the drink to put my own water in, was told they would have to sell each item separately which would make it cost more. The notion that I have to pay more when the only difference isme getting less food is ridiculous.
Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel. Bagel completely burnt. Terrible. Of course I was already a half a mile away. Tossed it. Usually very good.
