Avaliação da contribuiçãoFormer Customer employee. First I will tell you why I will never return as a customer. #1. The women's bathroom. It's disgusting day night. The first time I had ever gone in there I stopped for drinks and a bathroom break. I was coming into town after working for another job. I wound up holding my bathroom needs. There was stuff all over the toliet, trash on the floor (which come to learn this is normal), the sink was wet. It was just gross. #2. Drinks. Nothing really was/is never stocked and the sweet tea always tasted and smelled funny. Plus there's no water dispenser. You have to get it from tap either from the kitchen or the bathroom. #3. Some of the food. The fried food always tasted like it needed an oil changed or maybe the temp needed to be turned down. Donuts were a hit and miss. The pizza too but after working there, that's definitely a hit and miss at times. Now as a former employee I will tell you why I skipped outta there. I was hired for kitchen, part time for 12a to 4a. Corporate, district, management, and even HR (HR, I CALLED. there is a reminder everyy 2 minutes to press one to continue holding after several minutes i gave up cuz enough is enough) do not care about this place or it's employees. For 13.50 an hour I was left alone, by myself, in the locked store from 12a-5a before I even finished my first week of employment here. Cashier who was scheduled at 445 was even late and management never came in until 7a. This happened 2 more times before I left at 2 months of employment. Management NEVER showed either of those times. Now I know exactly why the tea tastes funny. Depending on anyone, the tea may or may not be fresh, rinsed, or changed. I'll never drink from the fountain sodas again either. I have literally seen the mold in the nozles now. There's actually only a hot water dispenser. The coolers really are never stocked because nobody wants too but that's usually cuz they may or may not have been busy doin other parts of the job. Labels in the cooler need updates and resets. I have seen roaches and other bugs in the kitchen. I'll actually post a pix of the unidentified bug I seen. So wierd looking. I've also changed out the flour for the pizza dough because when I arrive for my shift there is almost always dead flies in the flour. The women's bathroom. I have seen blood down the front of the toliet. I've also seen shoe prints on the toliet seat. I just started caring wipes withe and would clean it before using it. I've also seen the over night cashier take pants from the men's bathroom that had feces covered in it. Twice! I've also been threatened to be shot by a versailles cop because as he was walking toward the office I was coming out of the kitchen and bumped into him. I could go on but idk if I can even post this but this more. Hands down the worst store I've been a customer and employee at. P.s. As a kitchen employee i was supposed to be 12a-4a was supposed to do 5 pizzas an hour, online orders, walk up orders, stock a door in the cooler, sweep, mop, dishes, deli case, deli prep, pizza prep, part of the donuts. Well, depending on which manager I spoke to cuz one told me to let day shift do it the other demanding I do it and even had the audacity to tell the new FULL TIME kitchen employee not to do part of donuts cuz I was to do that. When I spoke up I was told we all have a work load and just have to deal with it. Actually, no I don't. I'm not doing all of that for 13.50. See ya!
We stop almost daily, it is what it is. Not the best gas station but they have pizza and coffee. Definitely could add another cashier in the morning to speed it up. Also seems to be plenty of trash around the property.
Drinks are never stocked. New inventory in boxes blocking the aisles. The credit card payment system is the slowest of any store I’ve EVER been at. But the lack of attention by the staff is by far the worst. There can be over 10 people in line and only 1 person checking out, while there are other employees in the office playing on their phones and joking around. They’ll come out of the office and see the line and go back to the office or go outside to smoke. This place needs a HUGE overhaul of management and some customer service training for the employees.
Wow. So many good reviews, but I ordered a specialty pizza and HALF of the toppings had slid off the crust.
Only because you can't give 0 Stars and leave a review! They have terrible employees, smells like a sewage tank, and have employees not following health code! Unless you want to wait over 30 mins for gas and a drink because the blonde haired RUDE female behind the counter can't stop talking to her friends and blocking up the only working register. This place needs an overhaul!
