Chuy's - Vestavia

We came in a busy night, so we sat at the bar. The food was okay. The service was good. That's why I give an extra star. The bathroom was disgusting. Blood on the stable door and floor. I'm sorry that's not a picture. This picture comes from the bathroom of women. I pray this is not a black form. Either way? I let Chuy know for weeks, but they never reacted. I hope it took care of it.

Chuy is always great, even if they have become a bit expensive. Nothing like these freshly made tortillas! Can also not go wrong with the creamy Jalapeno-Dip! The service was almost always excellent, although they are usually busy. Outside seating and views are also great.

We love this place! After I removed from TX, I was very excited to find a Chuy's house near my brother! We eat here every time I get to town. I love her chuychanga ( chicken chimichanga, so good)! I don't like rice and beans and they throw it for a salad that is always perfect, very fresh, and their Jalapeño Ranch sauce as dressing... It is the perfect, but strange compliment to its thin warm chips? The terrace seating is fabulous and has a magnificent view. A part of their outdoor seats is covered with fans and a part is open air with parasols that are all outdoor seats dog-friendly. You bring your pup a bowl of ice water and lots of attention. Our pups love it! You have fun cool t-shirts that are fun to collect, half of my wardrobe is Chuys t-shirts from different places?

Steak Burrito smashes into Luke Chili Gravy and chicken Fajitas with all circumcisions. OMG! I can honestly say that I never had such delicious Mexican food in the coolest atmosphere ever! Everything was extremely fresh. Pico, Guac, Serranopfeffer, everything! Amazing flavors like I never experienced in a Mexican restaurant. Our waitress, Kelly, was wonderful! She said everything was made by scratches every day. They don't even have a freezer in their kitchen. Oh and the chips. The best of all time. Thin, light and super crispy! Even the sour cream was different. Very thick, but creamy. Super impressed by the entire experience!

Chuys is always a solid bet!! I'm from Texas so to find one in Birmingham was awesome. The food and the service is top notch. The chips and Jalapeño ranch is off the hook.i had the steak burrito which in my opinion is the best thing on the menu. I highly recommend!!!! Oh and don't forget the margs!!!!
