Sol Food - Victoria

I eat here a couple of times a week on average. Sol Food always has something yummy on the daily menu. And if you don't see something you like, they have their regular soups and salads, which are very tasty.

Well let me tell you about Sol Food. Perfect food. Fresh everything. Healthy. The key to success is quality first, which is why it's successful. I know where it is. You have to find it. Once you do, you won't tell anyone either. That's all I can say. Except that they're not open for dinner, but do cater.

Sol is my favorite spot for lunch in the area. I dine out 2-4 times a week and have tried many restaurants, but Sol always stands out. In my 30 visits, I have never had a meal that wasn't excellent. The owner, who is constantly busy serving customers, is genuine and friendly. This authenticity is a refreshing change from the usual forced friendliness found elsewhere. The ample seating, cheerful decor, and large windows to people-watch only add to the experience. I find the prices to be reasonable, with many options around $10. Two thumbs up from me!

Delicious !. I have been visiting Sol Foods for lunch for a while now, and I really enjoy the menu. The price is par for the tasty food and portions. I would and DO recommend Sol Foods. A great place for breakfast, lunch, coffee and dessert.

Not cheap, but worth trying. I went in and asked for something delicious. I was not disappointed. I ended up with a delicious healthy wrap. I will be returning.
