Taco Time - Victoria

We had meals. Burritos were very good, the rest was not my kind of thing... nor was it what my wife and two children felt good. This is one of several in Victoria and is in the food court of a shopping mall on Douglas. Not for us, but maybe for others.

I ordered 2 Super Chicken Burritos without acid cream, and atlas both came with acid cream. My job was to go, so I didn't notice it until I was back at work and my lunch break was over. Sad, when I called back, I spoke to an Asian girl with very little English. She wanted to revoke the order and even asked an employee if they could deliver it to me. HAHAHA. There was no manager in service! I sat both Burritos in the garbage without eating them and losing almost $10, just to not be compensated in any way, would it be hard for them to take my name and phone number and have written a protocol somewhere to give me 2 new Super Chicken Burritos the next time I come in?

I tossed both burritos in the garbage without eating them and lost almost $10, only to not be compensated in any way, Would it be hard for them to take my name and phone number and have a log written somewhere to give me 2 new Super Chicken Burritos next time i come in?

Above average "Mexican" fast food I've not had a bad meal here in all the years it's been at this location.
