Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis restaurant is invaluable!!! The dishes are very different, but very expensive!!! To avoid really!!! I do not recommend at all!!! There's better and much cheaper on Vierzon...
We came across this place completely by accident. We ended up in Vierzon on the way home, cycled into town and all we could find we're fast food places with big plastic laminated menus. Luckily, we decided to cycle over the bridge and there, on the quayside, was Royal Bambou. I have to say, we wouldn't normally choose to eat Chinese whilst on holiday in France, but a) wed been away from home for weeks, eating a lot of camping fodder, and a Chinese seemed very appealing at that point, and b) we hadn't seen anywhere serving what I'd call proper French food, so we decided to give it a go. I'm so glad we did it was almost the best meal of the holiday. Basically, it's a fixed price of 15.50€ a head! and for that you go up and help yourself to a cold buffet starter! as many times as you like a really good selection including lovely fresh seafood. Then you grab a plate, go back up to the buffet and help yourself to the ingredients that you want for your main course raw veg, noodles, fish, prawns, scallops, meat ....... You then take this to the counter and it's stir fried in front of you, along with whichever sauce you want. Delicious! And you can go back again for more mains if you want. We ordered a 50cl pichet of wine to go with it! which was only 5€. The Chinese family who run it were really helpful and polite, and I'd go back there like a shot. In fact, I'm hungry now, just thinking about it!
