Xantana - Vigo

Este restaurante en el centro de Vigo puede ser un poco caro, pero realmente vale la pena. Sirven platos hechos con ingredientes de temporada y con una presentación excelente. El menú de lunes a viernes cuesta 12€ e incluye primer plato, segundo plato, postre, bebida y café. El ambiente es agradable, con música de jazz de fondo y un excelente servicio. Seguro que volveremos y estoy segura de que se convertirá en mi restaurante favorito de Vigo. En mi última visita, el menú incluía opciones como crema de zanahoria y naranja con picatostes de orégano, flan bicolor de espinacas y tomate con crujiente de jamón, merluza al horno en salsa de vieiras, chuletero de aguja de cerdo asado con patatas panaderas, mousse de yogur griego con frutos secos aromatizados con naranja, y tarta cremosa de almendra tostada.

Excelente lugar, con una agradable ambientación de Jazz de fondo y luz tenue, la comida deliciosa y original a un precio muy bueno, y un servicio excelente. Muy recomendable.
