Molcajete Mexican Grill - Villa Park

I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I must say, it was the best breaded steak torta I've had in a long time. The steak was top-notch, the prices were fair, and the service was outstanding. This has definitely become my new favorite spot!

The food we ordered was outstanding. The flavors in each dish were amazing, and we will definitely be back.

My fiancé, who is half Mexican, and I recently moved to Villa Park and have been exploring various restaurants in the area. We finally came across Molcajete Mexican Grill, and we were thrilled! My fiancé exclaimed, "This is the real deal," and I couldn't agree more. I absolutely loved the steak tacos, and the churros were exceptionally fresh. The food was outstanding! I’m not sure how they achieve such perfection with the beans and rice, but they definitely do! The avocado sauce was a delightful surprise—I had never seen it before, and I genuinely enjoyed it. Our waitress was incredibly kind and managed the front single-handedly with great effort. We will undoubtedly be visiting frequently now that we've discovered this authentic gem! I'm already looking forward to Taco Tuesday! Thank you!

Bad customer service, the taste is regular and the price is very expensive for what they offer ... example, dollar tacos increased to one fifty (to save they don't give you salsa they say they forget? And also if you pay with a card without telling you anything they charge you the percentage of the use of the postnet. This place is a long way from qualifying with more than one star.

Taco ? Tuesday and Thursday.... fantastic food and staff... delicious variety.
