Avaliação da contribuiçãoAwful restaurant! I really don't understand how they manage to stay in business! There was no ambiance, and the carpet was over 50 years old and had a musty smell. Our waitress was unfriendly and seemed reluctant to be there. We ordered steamed lobster but received a dried lobster that had clearly been cooked days ago and then put under the broiler. The soup, potatoes, and vegetables were all cold. The only thing on our table that was warm was the bread. It was a waste of money for subpar food.
The food was awful, and the service was just as disappointing. There were only eight guests in the entire restaurant, yet no one came to ask if we wanted more drinks. We even had to get up to fetch our own silverware. The food was cold and overcooked, and even the bread was burnt. When the waiter asked how our meal was, my husband replied that it wasn’t that great, and the waiter just walked away without saying a word.
Everything we had was great. From the baked clams to entree was delicious. Bread to. Haven't been here in years.
I have lived two miles from Alletto's for 48 years and never ate there. For our 51 anniversary I wanted lobster and they did not disappoint! Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. It's going to be a tradition now. Pics are before and after.
What a delightful surprise! I hadn't visited Alletto's in years, and I was amazed by their complete makeover of both the decor and the menu. The interior is stunning, and the food was incredibly tasty. The seafood was fresh, and the flavors were fantastic. And let's not forget the tempting desserts! I can't decide whether the food or the owner, Joe, was better. He's such a kind man, and the whole establishment is wonderful. I highly recommend it!
