Lake House Restaurant

First you notice there seems to be a LOT of staff. A good sign, to start with.Anyway not being a foodie I can only say everything was great. We had dinner yesterday and lunch the day before. We had the pre fixe dinner which is a really good value. The service is top notch. The place is clean. You have a great view of the lake. A very professional outfit.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on the recommendation of friends. We sat on the lake front patio with a wonderful view. Our meals (shrimp "mac and cheese", and fish tacos were fantastic. A very worthwhile stop though a bit of a chore to maneuver to

Lunch with friends did not disappoint. Very busy on a beautiful summer day at this location on the edge of Lake Ontario. We did make reservations. Would have preferred seating on the patio but would have been in full sun . Umbrellas are there but cannot be used if it is too breezy. Despite being busy, service was prompt and pleasant. Plenty of choices on the lunch menu and the waitress offered lunch specials. Portions were generous. Would go back anytime.

Birthday dinner for a great friend. First time at the Lake House. Reservations a must and bang on time. Had a quiet cocktail at the bar and then taken to our table overlooking the lake. Great view. Matthew, our waiter, was exceptional. Answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgable and personable. All of our dishes came out in a timely fashion and all were hot, save for the salad. Had a swordfish steak that was incredible. Not a cheap place to dine, but on this occasion, worth every penny. Would not hesitate to go back tomorrow.

Sat on the patio, waitress was very nice. Great food. Price reasonable, wait time was around 45 minutes, sat at the bar.
