It took a long time to get my small Nutterbutter shake. It took a while for someone to be at the window to pay, then when my shame was completed, the kid put ot on the counter and then it took another minute before I got it. I saw about 4 or 5 workers talking and goofing around.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Our to-go order was missing items, had wrong items. For example, my lactose intolerant son was unable to eat his burger because it had cheese on it, even though I clicked no cheese. And may I just say how much I am looking forward to eating the side salad. A $2 upcharge instead of fries. It won't let me post a pic, but it's maybe 2 ounces of shredded lettuce, 1 ounce of diced tomatoes. Bag of cheap croutons. No dressing (though I specified Honey Mustard)

I ordered a lot of food and Seren took care of my order and he was super polite and my food came fast 10/10

The food was okay. I ordered the chili cheese dog, and the chili honestly wasn't as good as sonics chili. Fries tasted a little bland.
