Little Caesars Pizza - Vineyard

They consistently get uncomplicated orders wrong. Do yourself a favor and just get a cheese pizza or go somewhere else.

They didn't have any pizza's ready at all! I had to wait 15 minutes along with 20 others! I could've drove to Orem and picked up a pizza and drove home by the time I got my pizzas in Vineyard! A distant look

Honestly. This franchise should be closed down permanently and the franchise owners fined. Trapped in drive thru for one hour and nothing but 16 year old kids dinking around inside ignoring a store full of customers. Its time to pull the plug and start fining people. This is the worst restaurant I can think of by far. Never, and I mean never go to this location. NEVER. Don't think about it, don't think this time it will be different, don't think you're special. It's the most incompetent horrible operation anywhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Everyone should be fired.

I’ve been here 3 times and they have NEVER had a pizza hot and ready. They always tell me it will be a 10-15 minute wait… during lunch time?! Looking through the drive through windows the employees are throwing things at each other and playing in their phones. Don’t recommend coming to this location.

Ordered online and instead of taking 20 mins as it was supposed to, it took over 20 mins for them to even get it into the oven. The tracker then stayed on the oven for 40 mins until I finally cancelled the order. You can’t even call them either, you have to go in person. I had to wait for 20 more mins to even cancel the order because all the employees were ignoring everyone waiting inside to be helped. Never go here unless you want to wait around forever and have horrible customer service. They also don’t ever have anything hot and ready so it’s not a great location.
