Kfc - Virginia Beach

On here at 11am July 3, they were supposed to open at 10:30. Last 2 times before that, chicken was dry and got a side order of poor attitude.

Only one in line, no one in parking lot, order simple items, yet somehow these people can't get it right. I've already been waiting 20 minutes with no other orders. Pull up in the drive through and an employee in the background is talking about fighting and cussing. Super ghetto KFC. Don't come here.

Went there to pick up a doordash order for someone. Order wasn't ready. No one greeted the three people waiting in the lobby. One guy demanded his money back but the employees made him wait for his food instead. The girl with the pink dreads was yelling at another employee in the back and then went into an office to hide instead of helping her customers. Overall, terrible service.

Ordered a combo in the drive thru and paid for an extra biscuit. Checked my food and didn’t have either of the 2 biscuits in my order and then was told they were out of biscuits, but they gave me 2 cookies…then gave me “my money back”, which is the sale price for the one biscuit of $1.19.Also fries were cold. Not a great experience.

Came in for chicken and, was told they were almost all out.... its kfc? Kentucky fried chicken? Wym you're out?
