Sakatomo Sushi - Virginia Beach

Very nice little sushi restaurant. Very excellent customer service and ambiance inside. We took our order to go. Waiting inside the owner was very pleasant with us and even included a free sushi roll in our order. The food was delicious as well! Would definitely come back again!

This place is an out of the way bright spot in the neighborhood. Love coming here and always have a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff are genuine and efficient. The food is delicious. One of our favorite places! Ordered from my favorite sushi spot in town. My husband got his usual Christmas tree roll with salmon sashimi, but I tried something new. I got the House yaki udon it did not disappoint. The noodles were thick and flavorful. I asked for extra sauce. It consist of chicken, shrimp, scallops, crab imperial, and onion. My leftovers the next day were also great as the sauce got to marinate. Would try again.

The restaurant was recently under new management, so some of the items may not be exact, but they were kind enough to accommodate. The atmosphere was nice and waitress was very helpful when I had questions. I ordered the salmon Tuna cucumber salad, and they gave a heap of it! I ordered a roll with shrimp Tempura and avocado inside and unagi on top. And stopped it off with yummy green tea ice-cream. Will definitely come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch with family. The service was excellent. The food was very fresh and delicious! The chef was accommodating for a special request. (We were there right when they opened. I would definitely go again when I'm in town.
