Avaliação da contribuiçãoI’ll start off that going in person or through the drive through is a generally great experience. However mobile ordering is really hit or miss. Not sure but my past two mobile orders that were picked up by my husband (he’s not a Starbucks person so he doesn’t exactly know what drinks are supposed to look like) were completely off or just wrong. This one is a vanilla crème Frappuccino. There’s supposed to be whipped cream and an actual spout lid for a straw. I had no modifications. Also ordered oatmeal and did not get the toppings I ordered. If I didn’t live 15 minutes away I’d have gone back myself.
This is the worst Starbucks in Hampton Roads. I always order drinks with no ice, and they add water instead of coconut milk. I have complained about it and they continue doing it. This is the only Starbucks they do that.
This is the best Starbucks in the area. We have always found the baristas to be friendly and fast, and the drinks are always accurate, quality, and yummy. Once we started doing the drive through mobile orders we noticed how fast the drive through goes, even when lots and lots of cars are ahead of us.Dietary restrictions: Excellent at accommodating custom orders.
This Starbucks is a nice location there’s a lot of nice memories there. A few changes since I was there 7 years ago, but change is inevitable I hope the Great Neck area can still maintain the charm it’s always been known for.
Okay whoever the dude was that I talked to at 4:10ish today at the drive thru, you made my day. I know they have to make conversation but he was so genuine and it felt like such a real conversation with someone and not forced for him to do. I’ve been going to this Starbucks since I moved here in 2019 and I’ve got to say, that dude is one of my favorite encounters at that store besides the gentleman with the long beard. The customer service is always superior.
