Angry Chickz - Visalia

The food was fantastic! The mac and cheese, fries, and chicken were all amazing, and the sauces were delicious too.

I usually love dining here and I always recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. However, today was a completely different experience. I was assisted by Courtney, who exhibited a bit of attitude and rudeness, both towards me and some other customers, as I observed. Additionally, she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about some of the options available to add to our orders. Because of my experience today, I wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but due to her behavior, I am giving it a 4 instead. I hope she improves her customer service skills and approaches her role with a more positive attitude. I will always love this place!

The service was outstanding, and the food was truly excellent. I will definitely be coming back! Romero is fantastic!

Place was great we had fast service and cashier (Ramiro) was very friendly.

Waited almost AN HOUR for my food(JUST AN ANGRY MAC) even tho I went to complain about my order delay after the first 20 MINUTES and the lady said she called my name and somebody else took it, and also said that it was my fault, she came back after 30 minutes saying they were just waiting on the chicken like what? Everyone coming in, getting their food, and leaving and I still can’t get my angry Mac, what a joke
