Costco Food Court - Visalia

I love our local Costco we find everything we need and very friendly staff when you visit Visalia, don't forget to visit our local Costco?

Stay away from the hot turkey sandwich! It was very greasy and was just disappointed

Waiting for our order Pizza Toppings and Cheese would fall a whole Staff did not try to make it for the long waiting period I love Costco Pizza, but today was the worst experience with them. I totally understand that it was a Friday afternoon and was very busy. What I understood and knew it would take a while. I gave them 30 minutes to check as it's busy. When I looked, they almost finished, but led to an hour. When they noticed that it took an hour, they asked people where the pizza was and finally got them. In these situations you always want to make it your customer. You could have offered a drink or something that the company wouldn't cost a lot. That would have made me think they really care about their customers.

Not a fan of the new self serve system. Because if you order a pizza and pay it doesn't tell you how long it will take. Was told after I ordered it, it would take a hour.

I ordered two pizzas ahead of time and it still took over an hour. I was given a time frame less than an hour when I spoke to the person on the phone. So I shopped around the store wasting time waiting for the pizzas and I bought some milk. then paid for my pizzas and went to pick them up. I was told at 6:33 p.m. , which was about 50 minutes since I called in the order, that they were still waiting for one pizza. I said no problem. Around 6:50 I went to ask again and the girl told me that it was about halfway done. Finally at 7:05 they called my name for my pizzas. I then questioned the girl so now I get one fresh hot pizza and one that's been sitting there for half an hour. She quickly Snapback with o you want me to make you another one? of course I don't want another one because then I have to wait for it again and then let this one get cold. I then told her shouldn't the pizzas come off at the same time especially since I ordered them over an hour ago and she said no not necessarily. I live about 45 minutes away and my milk had to sit there and wait a half an hour for pizzas which I intentionally waited till the end to buy my milk so they would get warm now I've got my milk over an hour without being in the fridge and one fresh hot pizza and one that's not. Not a very happy customer this round. I like Costco I really do but this is not the first bad experience I've had with customer service and I feel that they can really sharp it up on their customer service skills because they really act like they really don't care. Costco seems to be more of just as supply and demand and they know that there's a demand it which then their customer service just really sucks.
