Pizzamaniac - Vista

You could never go wrong if your craving pizza. This is one of my favorite places to go. They are so nice and the pizza is amazing always.

Ben is a kind guy that is easy to talk with. We ordered a cheese pizza to go. He was willing to talk with us while the pie cooked. As we took the pizza out, he said something along the lines of him being serious about making pizza and he hoped we enjoyed it. He was 100% right. The pizza was amazing, crust like toasted bread with olive oil, sauce was flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness, and a very flavorful cheese. We got 2 pizzas the next 2 days, and were ready to 'Poppa John 's ' it for the next 30 days at Pizzamaniac. We got the 'Buffalo Ben ' and 'Meat Head ' pizzas. The 'Buffalo Ben ' pizza was striped with hot sauce and dressing, it *almost* looked too good to dig into. Amazing flavor that set well after eating. The 'Meat Head ' pizza is probably my favorite. Everything good in the cheese pizza loaded with meats to make it better. Will have to go back soon.

So this was my second visit. The service here is amazing. I ordered the knotchos. They have so much potential. The garlic and pesto great. But I need more than cheese and olives. There needs to be meat. I was expecting marinara on the knots with cheese and pepperoni, not olives. It was good but I won't order again.

There aren’t enough stars for Pizzamaniac. Ben and his team go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and give you a pizza that is so much better than the usual chain pizzerias. They definitely deserve their “top 100” pizzerias in the country recognition.

Very good pizza. First time. Lots of flavor and crust is good. Will return. Fresh not pickled Jalepenos!
