Very good food but lack of respect when you ask for sauce

I've been a guest since the restaurant opened. I always have orders to take four people. Never ate on site has my taste music too strong.a each order there are always some things in sandwiches: sauce, cheese, racket or bacon....andc... personal not always trained on the phone and not listening to the customer. not smiling, not friendly, not a higie to his phone and then to order. I think there's a need for 1 good managers to manage this beautiful team. I'm disappointing.
