Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy experience was disappointing. I ordered seafood noodles, got exactly that. The place seemed unclean, and there was an odd smell. I wouldn't recommend spending $25.99 here.
This restaurant is a complete rip-off. My wife had been there before and said it was just a normal sit-down restaurant, not a buffet. When we went with my wife and mother-in-law, we were shocked to see a bill of $120 for just 24 pieces of sushi (usually only $30). It turns out they had charged us $40 each for a buffet meal without telling us. The waitress didn't mention this when we asked about the menu, and the manager was incredibly rude, refusing to refund any of our money or even apologize. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.
Since I was so tired and hungry I didn 't read the phrase all you can eat on top of the menu and I never read the menus from beginning to the end. It was the only menu on the table I took it and ordered some sushi and after eating my meal I sat there for half an hour. It was absolutely clear for them that I 'm not aware of the buffet menu but they didn 't tell me any thing and at the end charged me $80 while I had payed $10 before for the same meal in this restaurant from a regular menu. It was my second time that I was in this restaurant and didn 't know that there 's 2 kinds of menu. I explained the manager that I 've made mistake and I didn 't know It was buffet and it 's not fair to pay this fee for some sushi. but he didn 't understand my mistake and accept to charge me less and treated unresentful and rude. I 'll never come back there again since it was my worst restaurant experience in whole my life.
Everything about this place sucks, the plates, glasses and utensils were dirty, the service is terrible; you will be ignored by every server and the owner. The food is decent but the orders come with extra items you didn't order or items missing. You have to keep track of what you ordered because they will send out literally anything they feel like. The owner is very rude, he tried to blame us for missing items, and also lied about there being no more teriyaki beef saying it was frozen and would take 2 hours to defrost at 5pm. Don't waste your money here.
The food is good, but the service isn't. The older gentleman who served us, a bit rushed and not at all nice, insisted that all of us at the table should order from the same menu (either all buffet or all individual dishes). We had already asked another waiter for the bill, but he went and asked us if we already wanted the bill. He wanted to run us out of the place. We won't be back.
