Avaliação da contribuiçãoFor the record, we frequent this Sonic about once a month, the food, service and atmosphere are usually good, which is why I gave it 3 stars. We arrived at 4:15, they were busy ordered 3 items, paid for on the red button. The screen prompted the food to be delivered. Ten minutes later we had no food yet. So, I hit the red button to make sure our order was not accidentally given to someone else. They told me they had only 2 hops to deliver. The food came, we pulled out and noticed that they had not put the ranch in our pocket, so I hit the red button. The participant answered and I asked if we had ran for our order. He didn't react. We waited another 10 minutes and met the red button again and another participant answered and I asked if we could have ranch. She reacted that they were from Ranch. I checked my reception to confirm that we ordered it. It was now 5:00, and the drink and other food items were consumed. So, I hit the red button again and asked if we could just get our money back on this product because it won't go to be eaten as they were from ranch. Another participant came and said they had 2 backpacks and she would bring one of them. She brought one and we left.
For dinner. Had a hamburger, pommes and a strawberry sushi. The food was delicious. I cost my food.
I didn't even mix Blizzards. Put my spoon in the blizzard, came on white. I also have drinks. No napkins. No red bowls. They carry everything in their hands. They just give your stuff and go away... nothing! This is not sonic’s way. The red bowls are part of the sound. Looks like a simple laziness on this sound. It won't come back. Such a shame. I had a bad experience, but I have no reason to talk about it, the manager Lance made sure I was happy, I guess you take time out of your day to check on your customers. It is nice to know that there are managers who really care about people and their customer service. I can say that if you have a bad experience at Sonic, do not write a bad review just call there and ask for the manager, he will make sure that things are right. I will learn from my own experience, not to leave criticism and call someone, so they have a chance to fix things. Thanks again Lance?
The valley mills one in waco is terrible!!! Never again, the car hop was the worst ? the other reviews for this place don't lie either! Totally agree with them.Food: 1/5
