There is something for pretty much everyone at Dairy Queen. Through the years it has been a consistent place to get an ice cream treat or meal. The prices are a bit more than say McDonald?s. I usually get a plain hot dog and a small malt, that runs about$7.00. I find the customer service can really be all over the place. Many times I?ve gone through the drive through and was justhanded my order with a ?There ya go? and the window closes. I think staffing is a challenge. Some time ago they stopped openingfor lunch do to lack of employees. That has since been fixed.
Fries aren 't always done. Today when I went I repeated my order twice. It was a simple order too. Medium Oreo blizzard and 2 mocha moo lata 's with no whipped cream. Repeated it twice. The person over the mic repeated and I verified but they both hadwhipped cream on them. She made the comment that we can 't hear anything over these mics . Sorry.... Can 't use that excuse whenyou repeated my order correctly.
Ordered a #2 with no tomato, chicken strip basket and a small mint oreo blizzard. Flamethrower burger had no bacon on it and way too much sauce, fries for both meals had no salt on them, toast wasn't cut in half, blizzard was filled about an 1/8 under therim of the cup, and lastly they just seemed rude there. They seemed annoyed that I was even there and it was about 5 to 9pm sonot even just before closing.
Went there ordered over forty dollars worth of food. Lady working the drive threw was terrible. We were missing items and mentioned we were missing some things and she was very rude went to hand us the missing items then removed the items from ourreach. She said well why don?t you provide me with a receipt and I can make sure nothing else is missing. The tone of her voiceand facial expression was not ok. Not to mention they never provided us with a receipt. After this incident I won?t be goingback. Reason being I?m not going to spend my money on a place that obviously needs some better customer service skills.
