Nick's Fishmarket Maui - Wailea

We really enjoyed our dinner and escargot was wonderful. The service could have been a little better. Slowly Our first drink was made wrong and had to be sent back.

Overall, we would give Nicks a 3 out of 5 as the food was decent, but not almost as good as other restaurants nearby and on Maui. Pansenohren Ahi came with a delicious mushroom Risotto, but the Ahi itself was not very tasteful. The Mahi Mahi court was not very visually appealing and was more dry than other Mahi Mahi, but tasty. Service was average as our server was not attentive to our table. The service and food quality was disappointing given the amount of food and costs. The restaurant has a beautiful view.

Excellent service. The meal was good and we didn't feel hurled. Get the Mahi-mahi, it was delicious!

Exceptional service by Mike. Food was excellent Ambience was exceptional Our favorites were seared scallops with goat cheese tortellini, seafood chowder with huge chunks of mahi mahi, and crab cakes.

Food would be better if it was served fresh. Everything from salads to entrees were prepared to far in advance. Lettuce was wilted. Fish and lamb had been reheated. There’s a reason they recommend “medium.”
