Don's Chinese Kitchen - Waimea

As cantonish I will say that the Char siu, Bratenpork and Braten Ente here is definitely above average in the United States. However, other dishes such as chow fen and chow may not be good. I wonder who this authentic Char siu recipe the whole way from canton.

How expensive. But as others have said, the Char sui Bratenpork is amazing. Wontons are great. Cookies are great. Service is very fast as most articles are already pre-ordered

Had the buffet. It was a good, fresh meal. The service was great. They were quick to clean our dirty plates and fresh water and hot tea were delivered along with refills! The crispy chicken was great and the lo mine was very good.

Good Chinese cuisine in Waimea. I've been here for years. It's always consistent. It depends on who you get, as some give more food then others.
