How can,they charge you 10 pence for a plastic food bag and 30 pence service charge without asking you this is a total rip off they are a takeaway not a restaurant

We have ordered takeaway food from here sporadically over the years and it used to be very good. However, the food we ordered yesterday was the worst ever and totally tasteless. Our takeaway for two came to just over £27 including a £2 delivery charge and 10p for the bag that contained the food.Staff very polite but food a big disappointment.

I have ordered food here sporadically over the years and progressively the quality of the food and cooking is getting worse. The young man taking orders was polite, professional and friendly. The takeaway have increased prices (understandably) and reduced quantity of food (you can't have it both ways). What was worse was how wet and nearly tastless the Salt and Pepper Chicken was and the fact that it only just covered the bottom of the tray. The chips had a really strange odour and could not be described as cooked or raw, these were left. The curry sauce was tasty. I will be voting with my feet and will not buy here anymore. Sad.

Best Chinese takeaway. We love the food and service here. Takeaway or delivery, its always good quality. The owners are really nice too.
