Starbucks - Waldorf

Starbucks, excepr the staff were low key. Almost like no moral.

Around 3:15 on Sunday the young guy took my order I repeated it twice .I did not get the right drink because he was too busy looking at the blonde behind me. The young lady making the drink asked if I wanted her to make it over. I said no after waiting forever to get the drink I ordered.

I just don’t understand why Starbucks cannot make something consistently when it’s so popular. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no cream in it. No vanilla in it and the coffee was almost black. How.

The barista didn’t have the greatest personal presentation, plus, I requested to prepare my drink and it didn’t taste like anything. (Didn’t use the right measurements)

I ordered a turkey sausage sandwhich and the sandwhichbwas missing the bottom layer of bread. First time ordering from this store and with thatvlevel or carelessness I won't order again
