Ging tonight after ordering on their website for pickup. Order at 525 a.m., I was asked to pick up order at 629, came to 623 and then waited with about 15 other people who also ordered pickup for over an hour. I finally got food at 735. No freebies, no discount, nothing! The owner who came out around 645 to fall the bags in front of him and then hid the rest of the night behind. Never apologise, never offered anything as an excuse. All I wanted to end up was my money back and cancel my order and I said the host and she said the owner doesn't come back because he doesn't want to wait to my all customers. Terrible! This alone keeps me, my family, and everyone I'm going to tell this story that I never go back to this rat nest. Sushi is good, but doesn't matter. The owner is a spineless piece of garbage, I will find other sushi from here. Stay away. Stay far away!!
