Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered pickup from this restaurant tonight through their website, placing my order at 5:25 PM and was told to pick it up at 6:29. I arrived at 6:23 and waited with about 15 other people for over an hour. I finally received my food at 7:35 PM. There were no freebies, no discounts, and nothing to make up for the wait. The owner, who came out around 6:45, just dropped off the bags in front of him and then disappeared for the rest of the night. He never apologized or offered any explanation. When I asked the host about cancelling my order and getting a refund, she said the owner wouldn’t come back because he didn’t want to deal with unhappy customers. This experience was incredibly frustrating! This alone will keep me, my family, and anyone I tell from ever returning to this place. The sushi might be good, but it’s not worth the hassle. The owner is unprofessional, and I will be looking for other sushi places from now on. Stay away from here!
The owner came out at around 6:45 PM to set some bags down in front of him but didn’t acknowledge anyone else and then disappeared for the rest of the night. When I approached the host to request a refund and cancel my order, she informed me that the owner wouldn’t come back because he didn’t want to deal with the customers. This experience was terrible! I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure to share this story with my family and friends so they avoid this place too. While the sushi is good, it doesn't make up for the poor service and unprofessionalism from the owner. I will find a different sushi restaurant. Stay away from this one!
